Ridge is an iconic producer in the Santa Cruz Mountains, and their Cabs and Zins hold up nicely with time in the cellar. After 15 years of cellaring, this bottling is drinking nicely -- holding its balance and benefiting from the wide variety of fruit (sourced from all over California) in the blend. $54; 89 points
